Morgan is Chief Policy Adviser at Labour Together, where he leads on progressive policy development within the Labour movement. He was previously Interim Director of Policy at Citizens Advice, following nearly a decade in senior roles shaping consumer and public services policy. A former consultant in democratic engagement, Morgan holds degrees from King's College London and the University of Cambridge, and brings deep expertise in political economy, stakeholder consultation, and public policy strategy.
