Martha was previously Programme Manager for Technology and State Capacity at the Centre for British Progress. Before that, she was Emerging Technologies Policy Lead at Startup Coalition, where she led policy development on AI, compute, and other novel technologies on behalf of Britain's tech startup ecosystem. She read Human, Social and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge and is a columnist for Arguably.
