Lucy leads Gordon Management, an investment advisory firm focused on energy and infrastructure in the UK and Africa. Lucy previously worked at Blackstone, Actis, the IFC (World Bank Group), BCG, and the United Nations. She was a Fulbright scholar, with an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA/ID from Harvard Kennedy School, and she studied mechanical engineering at the University of Melbourne.
