Helena researches and deploys novel information technologies and delivery modalities for better healthcare, using tools from econometrics and behavioural economics. She holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford, as well as degrees from Oxford and Cambridge. Her policy work in the UK and US explores how to encourage innovation, diffusion, and implementation.
